Thousands of gamblers are at the tables at Binion's Horseshoe Casino over the next few weeks. They're taking part in the annual World Series of Poker -- but a new home for the tournament is in the cards next year.

The event was in doubt earlier this year, following the closing of the Horseshoe. Now the casino is under new management, and Harrah's executives say the poker tournament is so big, the world series needs a new home. They plan to move some of the games to the Rio in 2005, then return to the downtown casino for the final two days of poker. Competitors say where makes no difference. They'll go where the action is.
