There are hundreds of Internet poker operators, and Kasper sees the venture as a potential money-maker.

Kasper says poker champ Greg Raymer will be coming to Bismarck early next week -- to help lobby for the bill, and put on demonstrations of the Texas Hold-Em poker game.

Raymer won last year's World Series of Poker in Las Vegas. The event carried a $5 million cash prize. Raymer is a former patent attorney for a drug company. He now plays poker full-time.
